Objectives of the course

Sector-specific knowledge of banking and insurance industry is taught in the context of European regulations. In addition, the cross-sectoral transfer of knowledge in central economic issues is decisive for the quality of the degree course: Management know-how, economic competence, knowledge of business functions relevant to management and social competence are an integral part of the curriculum.

 

Upon their return to the savings bank business, students take on managerial functions or higher-level clerical tasks. The content of the continuing education course concludes with a Bachelor's thesis.
